Maalouf Contracting was awarded the execution of many new facilities for members and families of the army officiers. Works consisted of the construction of an Olympic swimming pool, a kids' pool and a new basketball court.
Lanscaping was a major part of this project as well. Phase 1 & Phase 2 deadline was reached on June 2016.
